Calories, hunger, etc
Hello:
Just wondered where others are at and what the "general" natural progression is for people.
I'm finding, at almost 5 months out - that I'm a little hungrier...and able to eat a bit more at a time. I'm thinking this is probably normal at this point? I'm not too worried about it, but just wondered if others have found this to be common? I'm trying to stay conscious to "undereat" my sleeve (most of the time).
My calories are, typically, between 650-750, carbs - I vary them - protein between 60 and 80 tops....
How are others with this? Am I normal?? I have "info" from the clinic, but, for instance, they suggest carbs up around 50-60 - which I am no where near....

It's still working ok with those numbers for me, so I'm sure you will do fine. If you are losing steadily (albeit for the odd stall we all have) just stick with it. Don't mess with your plan if its working. Weightloss will slow down the further out you are and that's totally normal.
I'm almost 5 months too. I am hunger now too. I was given a plan of 800-1000 cals at 2 months with 60-80g protein. I upped the protein to 100g which is what was given to me by the therapist from the Old Nut.
I am having trouble keeping it under 1200. But, I also count every calorie I put in my mouth. This included supplements.
Yep here too. I noticed an increase in my hunger and capacity at about 5 months. I am 8 months out now, in maintenance and even now after coasting along at max of 900 calories per day, at about every 3rd or 4th day now, seems I want to eat a lot and yet I have no idea what will satisfy me. Those days are so tough for me. The other days I am on an even keel at about 900-1000 calories per day with no probs. I exercise a lot so I am not sure if the vigorous and daily exercise creates that increased want for calories or if it is in my head. It is so hard.
