This morning I officially joined the Century Club! 100.2 pounds lost going from 317.4 to 217.2. 100.2 lost since my preop weigh in last November and 77 lost in the five and a half months since surgery. Next stop, Onederland!

Special thanks to Elina for the advice you gave me early on. I've been following it "by the book" since then, and the proof is on the scale. Thank you!
