I am at a stall now for 2 weeks and I am getting a little pi**ed off...I am so close to losing 50 lbs. I can't stand it....I want to see it on the scale but it just doesn't want to give it to me...I was hoping by week 12 to have 50 lbs. gone lets see I have 3 weeks left...wish me luck...

That has to be disappointing.  I see that happens a lot!  You still have time though, best of luck!

Increase your healthy fat intake and your water intake. Healthy fats come from almonds, avocados, salmon, olive oil, etc. Water you should be getting at least 80 ounces, really more like 100. Increasing your fats encourages your body to burn fats. Just keep your saturated fats to a minimum.

Keith, this may seem like a dumb or perhaps confusing question, but when you say 80 -100 ounces, is that equivalent to grams?  I just want to make sure I have MFP set correctly to achieve my weight loss goals.  Right now I'm set at 40% (36g) of fat, 45% (90g) of protein, 15% (30g) of carbs.

No grams is a measure of weight. Ounces unfortunately is used for both a weight and a volume. In this case we are taking about volume. A typical glass of water is 8 ounces of fluid. If you have a measuring cup 1 cup is equivalent to 8 ounces. You will want to drink 8 to 10 glasses of water per day or if you are using bottled water 4 to 5 16.9 oz bottles.

Have you been doing body measurements?  Sometimes when my number on the scale stalls, I could still go down in my measurements.  I don't know the reason behind it, but it makes a scale stall a bit less frustrating!
