update on severe pain

I went to the dr yesterday.  No hernia, they just think I've overdone it lately and the muscles he cut near my larger incision are still healing.  Not sure I get it, but at least nothing "major" was wrong.  They gave me several shots of liticane and steriods in my stomach to help with the healing and pain, and told me to take it very easy for a couple days.  The pain isn't any better today, but I'm home from work and just sitting in the recliner all day.  Not easy to do.  I work full time and have 5 kids.  hard to not do anything, but I can't even walk without severe pain.  My sleeve is fine, no leaks or anything.  I also haven't had a bm since Friday, and they think that could be adding to the pain.    anyone heard of this happening before?

Last week Thursday I had to leave work early because I had pain in the right side of my stomach close to 1 of the incisions.  The nurse told me to go home, take a pain pill and put a heating pad on the area.  That worked for me.  The next day the area was sore but not painful and I haven't felt that pain since.

Sorry about the pain, but I'm glad it's nothing serious like a leak. Hope you feel better soon!
