Your doing great!!!!  My friend got hooked on eating the potatoes because they went down well and didn't upset her stomach, but it delayed her weight loss progress. Actually it really slowed her down alot, because she kept going back to it.

My surgery is scheduled for July 12th and my Dr told me I could have it afterwards, but I would rather follow your example and avoid them. Hopefully, I will have the same success as you are.
