25% gone already!!
I had a big shock today when I was talking to a coworker/friend and telling her how I have lost 25 lbs as of today. I then stopped and said "oh my go****hat's a quarter of my goal!" Well, my goal is really 113 lbs (150 lbs) but its really 100lbs flat (163 lbs). So YAHOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! what an amazing feeling at only 3 weeks out!!
I am doing ok. Currently at the dreaded 3 week stall. Boo hiss!
On my program, I am on thin purees until 4 weeks and then soft food/thick purees. I haven't really been into the thin puree business. Pureeing stuff kind of makes me sick to my stomach so i have been sticking to protein shakes and Greek Yogurt for the most part.
Next week, I will start with tuna salad, chicken salad, and things of that sort.

I hit the stall in week 3. I lost an awesome 15 lbs in the first week. Then lost 2 lbs the next week & a half. Went on vacation, came home 9 lbs lighter! Then another 2 since yesterday. So seems I am back in the groove of things.
My week 3 is soft/puree foods. I havent done any puree, I dont think I could. So Ive been sticking to soft. Ive had a bit of egg salad, which made my stomach unhappy. Tuna gave me a stomach ache. Ive had chicken, but it wasnt soft but it went over well. I also did mashed up veggies that were nice!
