Proton-Pump Inhibitor. Helps with acid reduction. Like Prilosec, Aciphex, etc.

a lot of times when you think you are hungry it is really acid, ppi and other similar drugs limit the the production of stomach acid

it helps with gerd(acid reflux, heart burn) and may help you if you feel hungry all the time after you get your sleeve

there may be side effects , gas, low blood iron levels calcium is harder for you to absorb if you don't use calcium certite

most sleevers are on one at least till there sleeve heals , some long term
