After surgery and my post-op clear liquid diet I ate a lot of vanilla Greek yogurt.

I'm almost 4 weeks out and Greek yogurt is the only thing that doesn't gross me out.

Then I guess that's all you'll be eating!

Try asking your nutritionist.

What is the best geek yogurt to eat?  I like the Fage.

Chobani and Fage have the best stats, IMO.

If you have a Kroger or Ralph's nearby, you might want to check out the Kroger brand Lite Greek Yogurt.  I think they have 4 flavors, and I like them all.

I don't see why not, as long as it's on your program.
