It's been some months since I cleaned out my closets and drawers, but today as I was putting some things away in a back closet drawer, I found these black and yellow panties from back when I was spilling out of them at 345#s. What a difference a few pounds make! (Ha). I am so grateful not to have to schlepp all that weight around inside of my clothes-inside of my skin-inside of my head/heart/soul....

Me in undies-public???!!!!- I almost didn't post the picture, but the visual was so, well... I am proud and happy, but it's also a sobering confession to look at thoes and realize I barely fit into them totally stretched out. Whewww. Kind of like, when people ask how much I;ve lost I useraly decline because it embarrasses me to confess that I actually weighed what I weighed to have lost what I lost, if that makes any sence.

I kept the outfit I wore for my official "before" pic and am now wishing I'd kept some of my "before" undies. Great example of how well you've done. YAY for you!!!! Love it! :)
