Bladder infection

I have a infection and was told to take Cipro but the bottle says to avoid antacids which as you know I can't  . I took 2 pills and was sick all day so now what to do ? Anyone have this problem ?

Call your surgeons office for advice.  Most antibiotics should be taken with food - so I would eat some, swallow the pills with a little water, then finish my meal.  The antibiotics really irritate the tummy - so taking with food is important.
