Happy happy Saturday, OH friends! Love to see the pics you all post- the new fashions found, the adventures experienced in healthy new bodies that can move and bend, but, most especially, the glowing and smiling faces. Here's mine- Not because I've reached goal (but-oh, how close) but because, unlike the before picture, I walk around this earth grateful for the day and with a smile on my face.

TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal! BMI from 55.6 supermorbidly obese to 23.6 normal!!!!
