Looking for that high protein "mug cake" you had posted (and I had tried) about several weeks ago....I'm going to try it again, but can't find it now.

How I make it:

3-4 T splenda
1 T packed dark cocoa
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 T oil 
water to make a thin non grainy batter
Mix WELL.

nuke 35-45 seconds

The way I make it it has 26 protein and about 6 carbs.

really yummy, tastes like a brownie, just have to play with the cooking time and consistency, to taste

Looks like I'm a little late to the party. I heard recently that if you make these with casein protein you dont get the rubbery texture.

hmm.....I didn't find mine rubbery and, what on earth is casein protein??...lol

Casein Protein comes from Milk products mostly cottage cheese and yogurt. Its a slow digesting carb where as whey is a fast digesting carb. Casein protein is good for taking at night because it gives you a longer slower stream of protein for your muscles.
