IS LOSING 2 POUNDS A DAY A STRANGE OCCURENCE???

I HAD MY SLEEVE DONE ALMOST 2 WEEKS AGO AND DESPITE FOLLOWING THE DIETARY GUIDELINES I AM LOSING 2 POUNDS EVERY DAY.

I FEEL LIKE IT ISN'T GOOD FOR ME TO LOSE SO QUICKLY BUT MAYBE THIS IS HOW IT IS WITH THE SLEEVE. OR IS IT JUST IN THE BEGINNING YOU LOSE VERY RAPIDLY??

I WOULD LOVE SOME FEEDBACK.

That's what happened with me in the beginning. Then I hit the 3rd week stall and it evened back out after that. I lost like 3lbs my 4th work.

No, but it won't happen everyday. It's also more likely in the early days. Also, at that high of a number it's likely to be a combination of actual loss plus some water weight. I would sometimes loose a pound a day for several days in a row which seemed crazy, but it just kept happening, and as It got further and further away from my starting weigh, sooner or later you just got to believe something real is happening.

My first week I lost 10 pounds then stalled for a few weeks, it's a weird thing! Good luck!

i lost like this too.  i noticed i'm missing a lot of water weight.  i used to be able to push in the skin of my shins and make a pit and now i can't do that anymore.  so i'm thinking at least half of my weight loss is water.

Thanks everyone for your comments. It was starting to freak me out... I have lost 25 pounds in 2 weeks. Glad it's normal. I can relax now!!
