I've been telling myself for a while that when I hit 350 I'd make my big interim clothes purchase and until then I'd just tighten my belt on my old clothes. On Sunday I hit that number (Down 190 pounds in ~13 months.) so yesterday I stopped by Destination XL on the way home.

Jeans have gone from a 56x34 to a 44x34. (I honestly don't remember ever buying pants that were smaller than a 50.)

Shirts went from a 6xlt to a 3xlt.

I'm still keeping the same belt. I've punched 15 new holes in it so far. The end reaches around to my back left pocket.
