Snacking. Big problem!!

Increase your fluids, for real, immediately.  That is an important part of your commitment to postop life.  Hot tea (unsweetened or with a bit of Truvia or stevia, in my case) can be very  helpful with that. 

Sometimes the body puts forth hunger feelings when it really wants hydration. 

Other than that, as has been mentioned, do something else, and stay the heck out of the kitchen.

How are you eating your meals? I never snacked but would get hungry before bed in the beginning. I was eating a tradition breakfast, lunch, dinner plan with dinner around 6pm. I figured put that of I had 4 small ,earls spaced 3-4 hours apart that problem went away. My last meal is usually around 8 or 8:30.
