BTW, what kind of stuff do you guys have in your house that you can "snack" on?
Even if I wanted to "snack", it'd be pretty boring--a cheese stick and some grainy dry crackers.
I doubt you want to snack because you are hungry. More likely it's emotional.
Clear the crap food out of your house. Does that make you anxious? Time to talk to a therapist :)
Up your protein and eat it in the form of dense protein if you can. Meaning that cottage cheese and greek yogurt do not stay with me as long as a piece of chicken, steak or pork. Also how many carbs have you let creep back in? If the number is starting to get high then that can also contribute to you wanting to snack. If you are going snack, have some turkey pepperoni, beef jerky, cheese, etc in the house so that you pick something with a lot of protein and don't go for the slider foods.
