It's been two months!
I can't believe how much has changed in only 2 months. I'm used to the eating, drinking and vitamin rules. I don't panic when I occasionally go out to eat. I go to the gym and have asked about a personal trainer. When I have time, I take the dogs on a longer walk than I used to, and when I don't have a lot of time we walk briskly. I spent quite a bit of time weeding my yard this weekend.
I haven't been able to see my weight loss in the mirror, but when I look at before and after pictures I can see some progress. I guess we're all like that, though.
Went to your profile to view the pics and WOW I can really see a difference, you are doing great! Keep it up!
