I went to a friend house today for dinner. She is a great cook.She had turkey and dressing gravy, collard greens. rice. sweet potatoes and lemon pound cake. All my favorites and i had not eaten any thing but a hard boiled egg all day( mistake big time) I ate turkey, a spoon full of dressing a little gravy, sweet potatoes, and to much cake. After i ate it i felt terrible. Now i am coming clean and cleaning myself out to get this mess out of me. I was weak today and bad food got the better of me. I'm now done feeling sorry and the pity party is over back to work on plan. 120 ozs of water 80 ozs. of protein for 5 days. Not eating or having a shake every 2 to 3 hours doesn't work for me. I over eat or eat the wrong things when i don't follow my eating plan.

Sounds like you know exactly what your trigger is and how to overcome your mistake! Good for you! We all fall, it's how we learn. You'll be fine if you follow through! You can do it!
