I guess I am one of the lucky ones.  Thanks to my sleeve and my rigid adherence to plan I do not have cravings.  I have knee-jerk memories of eating this or that food which are awakened by certain smells, but I don't want to eat them when I smell them.

For me, I didn't really have cravings post op. I think it has to do with the ghrelin site being removed. No more hunger hormone = no more cravings?? I will say that if I actually eat carbs, I will crave them because of the spike in blood sugar. I found that out the hard way just this past week. I'm having to detox now. Protein shake for dinner for me!
