I realize I'm saying this too much...

...but you guys understand....

i just bought 10s last weekend, then noticed they were loose-ish this week...so went and tried on 8s today and they FIT! And I need mediums in shirts and jackets! So bloody amazing. I took my purchases to the car and just wept. I've never EVER worn these sizes in my life. It's hard to believe!

Still working to wrap my head around it. So filled with gratitude!

Rock it Gir!

I know exactly how you feel. Its almost surreal. I am not in 10s yet, just got into 12's and quite frankly, I keep trying it on just to see if its true, its almost unbelievable. I have never been this small in my life, and like you, I am supremely grateful.

That is so great! :-) I know how you feel, every other week it seems like I'm shopping & sizes are changing so quickly! Enjoy.

It's so funny you posted this.  I bought a pair of size 8 jeans last month as an incentive.  Today I couldn't put my hands on my one pair of size 10's, so took the 8's out of the package to see how far I was away.  And they fit!  Wore 'em all day!  I did a happy dance in my bedroom, let me tell you!

Yes...I totally get it. I just sent back a really nice jacket - I had bought a 12 but when it arrived 2 weeks later, it was too big and I needed the 10. It feels like I went through 12's fast compared to 14's.

This is so motivating me right now.  I am getting back into size 14, never been and 8 or 10 so can't wait for this same thing to happen to me!

Congratulations to you.  Very happy for you!

I know exactly what you mean.  I have been going through sizes so fast...surprised every time and grateful each time. To keep cost down,  I learned to be a power Goodwill shopper.  I have been finding a lot of good name stuff either still with tags or extremely gently worn.  I just choose carefully and buy quality made.  I visit a lot of different stores to find what I need, but have fun with the hunt!   It used to freak me out to wear used clothing, but I started thinking about all the people who probably tried on stuff I paid full price for and realized that dry cleaning and a good laundering worked just as well on the gently used  apparel.
