Samples! Places like Vitamin shoppe and GNC have tons of individual serving size packets. Your tastes may change as you heal. I'd recommend not buying too much these first few weeks.

If you have one of the protein powders, go to the following web site for wonderful recipes to make protein shakes. You don't have to just drink the stuff with water. I have found several recipes for protein shakes that I like.
