HELP NEED A GOOD PROTEIN SHAKE

CAN SOMEONE HELP ME FIND A GOOD  PROTEIN SHAKE I'M 2 DAYS POST OP. 

I like GNC's Amplified Wheybolic Extreme 60 Chocolate flavor. It's my go to protein powder. I need no other. It's pricey, but it works for me, so it's worth it. 1 scoop is 92 calories, 20 grams protein and under 3 carbs. It's great in 1 cup of cold unsweetened almond milk, and great in a protein coffee (which I have every morning - creature of habit that I am!).

Premier Protein Chocolate are not too bad!

I sing the praises of body tech whey tech pro 24...I get it at the vitamin shoppe... Not chalky..no smell or after taste...absolutely delicious....
The only one I can stand all others have a smell to me...

Unjury Chicken Soup (warm and savory, but don't heat the water too much for mixing!) and Unjury Chocolate Splendor. 

Isopure dutch chocolate- I put it in my morning coffee- 50 gms protein. I can't stand the sweet shakes since surgery.

I used Ultramet by Champion, love the chocolate and it's very high protein.  With any of these shakes make sure to avoid constipation, I didn't know and developed a hernia (wear a good binder too).

The only two brands I will drink are About Time and Syntrax/Matrix. They have the best taste to me, are smoother than most and have little to no after taste and smell. About Time keeps carbs very low and I think is the better quality product. I love all of their flavors except Birthday Cake. Not so big on that one.
