Hello VSG Graduates -

I'm almost 19 months out and I feel myself eating more and leaning more towards "slider" foods.  Just wanted to know if anyone has tried the 5 day Pouch Test or just went back to basics.  Which worked best?  Just looking for suggestions as I plan on trying one of the two next week and I've been researching both, please share your thoughts

Just go back to basics.  The 5DPT is a gimmick and we don't need gimmicks anymore.  Just cut the carbs and concentrate on lean homemade protein and green veggies and in a few days you will feel your restriction kick in again.  It works, you just have to do it.

The 5DPT drives me nuts and it's just a "short" fix for a long term problem.  If old habits exist then it's about recognizing why they started back, stopping the behavior and taking control and finding new habits.
