Had a wonderful NSV over the weekend!!! With Pics!!

I am down 85 pounds in the 2.5 months since my surgery. I have not been back to visit my hometown in the last 6 months. The only people that I told about my surgery was my close family members. So when I showed up to a function with all of my friends present, 85 pounds lighter, they were in shock! I received so many wonderful and gracious comments from everyone. I had posted a picture a few months ago on Facebook and the picture was me at my heaviest. I put that pic up there for motivation. I remember almost being in tears posting so a horrible picture. I had several people tell me that they were so worried about my health, when they saw that picture of me and were so glad that I decided to do something about it. I will share the picture I posted to Facebook then and a couple of me and my family from a photo shoot that we had over the weekend. I think there are a few differences between the pics.  

Great pictures- very noticeable change. Good for you & your family. We are happier and that spreads to our family.

Thank you!! It was such an accomplishment for me to WANT us to have our pics done. I am also proud of my wife too. She has been eating right with me from day one and has lost 30 pounds, without surgery, in 2.5 months! Congrats on your weight loss as well.

Thank you! And yes, they are happy to have the real me back. Still got a little to go but not worried in the least!
