I was sleeved on 10/2/13 and haven't been able to wear my wedding set for years due to my weight gain, my hands and wrists were clearly even fat... I am happy to report that I can wear them now and haven't taken them off once since then.. I refused to get them sized up as I was going to lose weight.. as weird as it sounds, last Thursday was an amazing day for me!  I have a feeling they will get loose eventually and will need to be resized but I want to wait until I am maintaining to do that!

Get a ring guard or sizing beads put in.  My wedding rings are getting to the point where yours are!  I'm having sizing beads put in over the weekend so I don't lose my rings while teaching (I gesture a LOT).  Wouldn't want to fling them in some kid's face!

Another vote for put it in the drawer, and resize it later.  I paid $150 to have a bit of repair and resizing done.  Less than 6 weeks later I was back in, and it dropped 1.5 sizes.  The only reason I went back in at that point is I returned to the ring size I was before I got fat, so I figured it likely is where I will stay.  So far, no more change.
