Faced it today, another big stepj

I've known that I had sleep apnea for a long time, but would not deal with it.  With surgery date in Dec., and kind advice from this site, I decided I must have the talk with MD.  Going to do the in home study, equipment should arrive tomorrow......I started this process taking baby steps,  this was a big one for me.  i'm really going to do this! Yippeeeeee

If you do have apnea, treatment makes a huge difference in your quality of life!
