Why can't I blog?!

My page will not let me write blogs! I am super new to this site but I cannot figure it out. Help!

Check under settings, then profile, then manage features. Not sure if that's the problem, but that's one place to look.

I cannot blog when I use internet explorer. The text area is grayed out and I cannot enter text. So I downloaded Mozilla Thunderbird and it works fine there.
