Another baby step - EGD Monday, Sleep Study this weekend

Step, by step I'm approaching my date of 12-10.  Monday, I have a scheduled EGD, and I'm not to terribly afraid, but will be glad to have it behind me.  If feels sooooo good to check each step off, because that makes me one step closer to my goal of weight loss.

Also this weekend, I'm doing  home sleep study.  Its going to be a productive few days!

I just had my EGD done Thursday. It was awesome. No pain just a little sore throat. I agree with you if sure feels good to have each one checked off. That makes it closer to your date. Best of luck to you.
