I just cut my toenails sitting "Indian style ". No huffing, puffing, or grunting. Was able to hold a conversation at the same time! I can hardly wait for the next NSV!

OMG!  I cannot wait until that day!  Right now it is like I have to get into all sorts of strange positions and then am out of breath.  Go today for my month 4 visit out of 12 for my prerequisites before I can schedule.

Yay!  Congrats on being able to breathe and cut your nails at the same time.  It's a great feeling!

Every little NSV is to be celebrated and shouted from the rooftops!!!

All NSVs are great and that's usually one of the first ones!  Congrats and enjoy the NSVs that have yet to come.

The other day, I realized I was sitting with my legs crossed. I was like "Wow!"

Those moments of realization are wonderful. Congratulations!
