Yep, it's a spiritual thing for me...

My heart is so full- reading of all these Thanksgiving victories- positive posts and full of change and hope.  Well done, all who are in the process of self actualization through positive action  on a daily basis.  For me, this journey has been a God thing from the beginning; how He brought me to my knees in need of his deliverance from the bondage (food) I had placed upon myself.  Yesterday, Thanksgiving was a different experience for me.  Whoop!   Check out Ruth 2:14- ...when she sat down he offered her some roasted grain.  She ate ALL she wanted, and there was some left over.-  That experience has never happened to me- that SOME amount of food could be satisfying, fill me up, and leave me full and content.  Well, this year, that's what happened.  I was filled, satisfied, and content with what I had--SOME WAS ENOUGH!  May peace and contentment be yours this holiday season.  Bonnie

Loved it!  Well, everything but the roasted grain part.  Too many carbs.
