Happy Thanksgiving, OH Family!  Grateful for family and friends- so happy to know you all!  On the scales for the first time since TT last Friday- 152.4  Whoop-not nearly as bad as I historically am after a surgery.  Baseline and we go from here.  Peace and joy to all, today- Enjoy today in moderation.  May Frisco's committment and compliance be ours to claim and maintain tomorrow.  I'm trying to remember this season that Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years are 3 days of celebration- NOT All the days inbetween included.  Used to be Thanksgiving was the beginning of a month's long indulgence that may or may not end on New Years' Day- maybe not end till February or March or..... This year, I'm in maintence and can have a few goodies, but its going to be on those holidays and mindfully so.
