8 months and 110 pounds gone
Can't believe it's been 8 months. This anniversary came and went during the holiday and I hardly noticed which I think means I've decided to live my life :) I'm down almost 110 pounds and feeling great. Still sticking to my food plan, losing a little slower these days, but the scale is going in the correct direction. Need to be more mindful of the crab creep, but I feel good about how I'm progressing. Surgery is the best gift I've given myself and my family. If you are on the fence, go for it!
