I was stuck at 209 for the past 2 weeks. Nothing was making the scale go down, but I knew it would eventually move again so I wasn't that concerned. Yesterday I had 2 different Christmas parties to go to, and I did really good with the food right up until the end of the night, when I decided I could actually eat two quarter-sized cookies without letting it be a big deal. (One was mint chip and the other was mocha cappuchino).

This morning, the scale said 206. Part of me wanted to go find more magic cookies!

(Don't worry, I know that would be a BAD BAD thing and have no plans on doing it, but it was a funny coincidence.)

I am sitting here in giggles...... this was a great post! thank you! I am still in the deciding stage of surgery, meet with the surgeon on January 10th. I wish I could have it over NOW because I am really looking forward to climbing mountains rather than watching the scenery.

anyhow, I do like your post! a sense of humor is mandatory!
