I have to pull it in the am and kind of nervous.  Both for lack of anesthesiA and because i'm Yanking a catheter from my abdomen in my living room.  Any advice out there?

What is Q ball? and what do you mean you have a catheter in your abdomen in your living room???  I came home with nothing attached to me LOL

Its an automatic anesthesia device  they left in me .  ill try to post a pic.

Hey, no worries... I just did this last week, but out of the abdomen.  I was nervous too.  Just gentle tugs and it will come right out... doesn't hurt.  Weird sensation, but not painful.  You will be ok, promise!

Pulling the On-Q cath is not terrible.  Follow the directions it came with and you will be fine.  I was terrified to pull mine after the experience I had with my drain removal but it didn't hurt one bit.
