I miss never having to think about pooping!

Miralax.  It's your only hope.  I tried everthing else until I finally just went all in on the Miralax.  Nothing else worked well, Miralax solved everything.

The worst thing about pooping now? OMG..the smell. the high protein diet does horrendous things and I really, really do not ever want to have to use a public restroom. LOL

I'm getting ready to have surgery.  I currently have the opposite issue.  I had my gallbladder out and now I take medication to stop the massive diarrhea I have if I eat or drink anything.  Who knows maybe I will now become regular!  I'm concerned about not taking my medicine afterwards, but I guess I will wait and see.

BTW, I bought One Drop deodorizer.  The stuff really works.  I use a couple drops in the toilet and it really works. 

I'm taking a Colax (stool softener) pill a few times a week and just started taking a pill called Senna. It's a laxative. It works! In my next appointment I will check if my NUT would rather me be on Miralax. A pill is easier as I adjust to my rather robust vitamin regimen :)
