And the journey begins...

Started on my first day of Preop diet today!  Surgery is on 1/28.  I'm getting excited and nervous.  I'm not feeling the pain of being on the preop all liquid diet yet, but the day is early, so I'm sure it will hit me later today and tomorrow. 

Congrats on starting out on this journey! First 3 days are the worst!!

I just told myself that this too shall pass and soon enough it will be a memory. What got me threw was telling myself that I can do anything for a short time and that it will not always be like this. I did realize from my pre-diet that one I'm not a pudding fan and it taught me I could do this. I really think it prepared me for the last month since my sleeve was done.
