Return to work?

Can anyone comment on how long after surgery you can return to work?  I work in an office 40 hrs per week, no lifting or strenuous activity required.

I just returned today to an office job after two weeks but I could have easily gone back in one week.

Thanks, I have been concerned about it.  I don't want to tell my employer about the surgery. So I just planned on taking vacation.  Hope your recovery is going well still.  Good luck with your weight loss!

I waited 2 weeks but probably could have gone back in a week if I needed to.  I would have probably been tired and a little sore in one week but it would have been manageable.
