What was your first month post-op progress?

While I know everyone is different and there are tons of variables, but I know prior to my surgery I really wanted to hear people tell me their progress directly following surgery, so what was yours? Include your start weight , as I imagine that impacts these numbers greatly.

- on surgery day I was 243, I am 5'5", I am currently 3 weeks out and averaged 1.1 lb a day and am down 21 lb. when I was in for two week follow up I was down 15% of my excess weight! which they told me they want you to be at 18% at four weeks. (I need to figure out what numbers they are working with)

I lost 28lbs the first month after surgery.

I did have the dreaded 3 week stall and that was over in a week. I've just ended my second stall between weeks 9-10 and that lasted 10 LONG days LOL

Stats in my signature line. I'm 5'3"; my surgeon's office told me they didn't want me losing more than a pound a day post-op and made me up my calories and carbs. Sounds to me like you're doing great!
