I went to my 1 month post-op yesterday...I am actually 4 days shy of 1 month. I am down 27 lbs and have lost 18.8% of my surgeon's goal. My blood pressure was 110/64 with a 72 heart rate. He was pleased with everything except I'm not getting in enough protein yet...I am working on it though :)
