I've had a couple of rough days where my sleeve felt swollen and I didn't eat much. Today was a much better day.

B - Fage yogurt plain, so good!

S - Er, nothing. I need to get better about that...

L - Scrambled eggs! They were to die for!

S - Tuna fish with my homemade mayo! It took me days to finish a single can. Unheard of!

D - Refried beans with cheese, maybe. Either that or some cottage cheese, need to eat that before it goes bad. My surgeon has OK'd me for chili, and even suggested it, but I really don't feel up to chili yet.

W - On track

E - Walking around town a little bit. Man, it's cold out there.

Protein - Still not enough, but I did so much better today.

V - soon. Ok, my sleeve sort of hates my vitamins. I will try to do them slowly over the next couple hours.
