I almost put Monday in the title - I guess my head is a bit off.  I'm glad it's Thursday and not Monday.

S - dannon lnf greek vanilla

D - slow cooker buffalo chicken w/ pea pods

S - pistachios

E - killer spin class :)  I'm flying

S:  Dannon Light and Fit Pineapple Greek Yogurt

L:  Steak and Black Beans

S:  White Chocolate Raspberry Quest Protein Bar

D:  Tilapia and Green Giant Steamer (Broccoli, Carrots, Cauliflower in Cheese Sauce)

S:  Premier Chocolate Protein Shake with scoop of Isopure Dutch Chocolate, Almond Milk and Flax Seed

Water:  4 glasses so far

Vitamins:  Check

Exercise:  30-45 minutes strength training and cardio with personal trainer

Craptastic week.  Traveling for work has really screwed up my eating.  UGH.  Trying my best to stay on track...still no budge on the scale though.  Grr

B: HB egg

L: TJ's chicken chili lime burger patty with arugula salad on the side and a little 100 cal pack of wholly guacamole to dip in.

S: probably nothing

D: it's restaurant week in NYC!  Going to Delmonico's...getting steak and some veg :)

S: nothing

I've had a super hectic & emotional week, but all is calm & well now, thankfully. Plus, I didn't let any of the BS deter me from staying on plan.

B: Shake - Strawberry protein powder, plain Greek yogurt, light soy milk, frozen blueberries

S: Beef Jerky

L: Palak Paneer (mostly paneer) & chicken breast

S: 2 fresh strawberries & pistachios

D: Chili made with lean ground chicken, lean ground beef, and chorizo topped with a tiny dollop of plain Greek yogurt & sprinkle of cheddar

S: Beef Jerky

E: Walking my dog

V: Done

Lunch - chicken Florentine - yum

Dinner - beef stroganoff - also yum

vitamins - done

water - 4 out of 6

I would give up all hope if it was Monday..I need TGIF now!!..lol

B- Hot chocolate protein drink with 2 tsp instant coffee

L- Leftovers from resto last nite..chicken breast and veggies

S- Greek yogurt or snack cheese

Afternoon coffee with soy creamer

D- Not sure yet..have some shrimp in the freezer..maybe sautee them up in some sundried tomato pesto sauce..yes yes.. sounds good :-)

Water and vits..on track

Excercise- 30 min eliptical
