VSG 12/2013?
I had VSG on 12/16/2013. I am doing VERY well. Not losing as fast as I would like, but slow and steady wins the race. I had absolutely NO adverse reactions to foods or really any problems with surgery. I had surgery on Monday, got home Tuesday afternoon, went shopping for 3 hours on Thursday and went back to work the following Monday. As for Weightloss...

Not sure why it slowed so much in February.... it has me a wee bit discouraged but I will try adding in a little more water and excersize and see if I can't get that number up for March.

Had my surgery 12/2/13. I'm doing ok, but would like to be losing more weight. Seems I've really stalled in the last couple of weeks. I'm down a total of 37 lbs in 3 months.
I have a hard time getting my water & vitamins in - and it would help if the weather would cooperate so I could get outside and start my Couch to 5k!
How are you doing?
VSG on 12/19. I'm pretty happy with the results. I seem to hit stalls occasionally, but then all of sudden the weight seems to fall off. Since surgery, I've lost 54 pounds.
I'm very consistent with my food choices. I track everything I eat and keep the protein between 70-100 grams per day. I still struggle getting at least 64 ounces of water per day. I take all vitamins daily, and am even working on increasing the exercise.
I'm so glad that I did this.
