VSG 12/2012?

Did anyone have vsg surgery on or around this time? If so, how are you doing? 

I did, I had VSG on 12/7/12. I am doing great! Stuck in a bit of a depression due to my surroundings, nothing to do with my VSG but I am working on that. I would like to lose a little more, I have been blessed by the VSG and have been maintaining my weight since July 2013.

How are things with you?

I had mine 12/6 I am doing ok. I got a little complacent and have slacked off I have not gained any just losing very slowly. I have lost about 140 since surgery and 170 over all from my heighest. My labs all came back okay and I go back in a year for my follow up.

Hi!!! I had mine 12/5/12 and I am doing FABULOUS. I hope that doesn't jinx me LOL. I am down about 122lbs ( I haven't weighed myself in a few days). I can eat 99% of anything I want- good choices but sometimes they aren't- but I DO NOT go crazy. I still struggle with liquids though- I always have. One step at a time I work on things to improve with my VSG. Liquids is what I am currently working on. First was vitamins and they are good now! I absolutely love my life now. I am semi 'seeing' someone too. I have been in the dating scene for about 10 months and have had some luck but not much. This one seems like a winner- but its still early to tell. I feel so different about myself that I feel like I actually have a quality of life! It's surreal but I love my healthy life.
