So I can have the same measured meal 2 nights in a row, and the first night it feels fine, and the next night, I feel over full, get the slimies/foamies, and get sick. I'm not sure what the difference is (both nights food was cooked the same way, and eaten the same way). The food is weighed, and weighed exactly the same. It's frustrating because try to avoid situations that over fill me or make me sick. I don't want to cause problems or stretch my sleeve, but I don't know why this happens.

Are you waiting 30 minutes after drinking? If there's already water in your stomach on the second night, then there's less room for food.

If in doubt, scale back your portions a bit; it's always good to get in the habit of "undereating your sleeve" as early as possible.

My husband and I have had similar issues. I'm not sure why. I always under eat my sleeve when eating out or in public, that way I know for sure I'm not going to have an issue.

Heating up in the microwave can cause that.
