I recently ordered a bunch of samples from Nashua Nutrition, and I've just tried the Celebrate ENS vanilla cake batter and it is yummy! Last night I made it with milk and a tablespoon of SF pudding mix, and today I made it with milk and some SF raspberry syrup and it was delicious! Plus it is like taking a multivitamin with your protein shake! Just a tip if anyone is looking for ideas!

OMG, as you were typing your post, I was typing mine! I ordered the same stuff from Nashua. I don't know what to do with them or how to prepare them! Some say use 1 scoop. What scoop!?? How much powder for 8oz??? Ahhhhh. Lol

Oh if they are in the sample packs then you just have to guesstimate, if you ordered the big bin it would come with a scoop. I just measured about 1.5 tablespoons into 8 oz milk along with a little syrup.

Each sample packet is one serving which would be prepared with 8oz of liquid. I had tried those samples as well.

If we all liked the same things, what fun would life be?
