Apparently, all I have to do to break my spirit killing stalls is post to OH about how frustrated I am, and watch the magic happen! I hit that amazing 3 digit loss this morning! I am Dow 100.8 lbs. from my highest weight (last year). I cried tears of joy on the scales this morning. Nothing has ever tasted as good as this feeling today! Above all other feelings, I am so PROUD of myself. Woot!
