I found a protien shake i really like!!!!  its Body fortress super advanced  whey protien!!!! chocolate peanut butter flavor....

sugar 1g

protien 30g

and it tastes good

I put it in my bullet with unnsweetened alomond milk and it was Yummy!!!

Thanks for the recommendation. I've heard good things about that brand. It looks pretty reasonably priced too which is good. Might have to give it a try the next time I need more protein powder.

Is it thick?  Where did you find it at?

Believe it or not Walmart.... its a 2 lbs tub and makes 21 shakes!!!! price was AMAZING!!!!  $15.83 wow!!!! and it tastes great ....Having one for dinner right now!! YUMMY!!!!!

I couldn't find that particular type on the Body Fortress website with those numbers.  Is it flavored or plain?  The chocolate shows:

170 calories

7g carbs

30 protein

Maybe I'm looking at the wrong variation.

I use that.  Will have to try the almond milk!  You can also add a small banana and it fills you well while you get the nutrition of the banana.
