VSG on 12/18/13

Hi guys. I REALLY want to change my avatar, but I cannot get it small enough. Pixel size is fine, I can get 100x100 no problem, but getting it under 20kb is impossible! I only have Paint. Help?!

Go to picresize.com and do a custom resize with 100 x100 and it will shrink a pic for an avatar on here

Didn't work. I still can't get the kb small enough. Pixel size is not a problem, I can get it to 100 x 100. I CAN'T get it 20kb.
