Ladies - exercise during your cycle

Are you fatigued more easily?  Out of breath?  I've noticed that during my cycle exercise is MUCH more challenging and I'm wondering if this is in my head or if it's physiological.  You?

I usually feel like being more lazy, but that's the only change I have noticed.  Pre-surgery it was really hard for me to exercise during my period (or even go to work sometimes) because of horribly painful cramps, but so far that hasn't been the case the last few months.

I was wondering about this same issue, my cycle is in less than 10 days ... hopefully it wont be too bad, my plan is to work during my cycle!

Are you anemic? That could be a big factor right there.

Good question but no, anemia has not been an issue for me.

I agree with Carrie. I notice that I might be a bit more lazy and not want to get out to the gym as much when it's my TOM. But once I drag myself there, I don't find my energy is much different.
