HUNGER
Does any one like I do ? I had surgery on 1/29/2014 in the beginning I had no hunger desires at all now I'm getting these hunger desires I lost over 30 pounds but now I'm hungry not all the time, but I lost my mother right after my 3rd week postop and I went and joined the gym but I've had so much stress to come at me but I'm not giving up and I have less than a month to move I guess this is what's been my final straw and I'm losing my cousin from brain cancer now so at first my mind was no where tempted to food as soon as I join the gym I think things will change so has anyone else experienced what I'm going thru I need your advice help me please and I'm going to start coming to the site more often Thank You!!

In the mornings I start with water and my protein shake then I take my meds and juice plus vegetable and juice tablets. I also sip water. My surgery was 1/29/2014 I lost 35 pounds then on February valentine I had to fly down to bury my mom and that's when things got out of control and also I have less than 4 weeks to move so I joined the gym I walk at least 10blocks a day. I'm going to start a diary reading your words made a difference. Also I had a problem of catfish After I move there is going to be a change. Thank you for sharing and answering my letter! Thank you that smoked Salmon I need to start back with. My weight original was 250 pounds I weigh 213 pounds I don't jump on the scale everyday I would go nuts lol Again thank you

I'm so sorry to hear about your mother and your cousin. It seems like you're going through a really, RIDICULOUSLY tough time right now. I know I still get the impulse to stress eat, and I imagine you're dealing with that too right now. I don't really have much in the way of advice other than make time for yourself and be kind to yourself. You've had this surgery to give yourself a chance to be healthy. Stick with it.
